Salmon burger with salsa and roasted carrot

Quick-cooked and tasty fish meal. The salmon burgers are served with oven-baked potato wedges and carrots as well as the crispy cabbage pak choi. Serve the salmon burgers with fresh and spicy mango and pineapple salsa.

Ingredients: 4 portions

2 baked potatoes (about 300 g)

500 g carrots (preferably small)

1 tablespoon oil

salt

black pepper

2 pack salmon burger (à 220 g)

250 g pak choi

1 pack salsa sauce (preferably with mango, papaya & pineapple, 220 g)

Do this

Set the oven to 225 ° C and insert a plate.

Cut the potatoes into wedges. Rinse, groom and divide the carrots lengthwise.

Mix potatoes, carrots and oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Pour onto the hot plate and roast in the oven until the potatoes are soft, about 25 minutes.

 Open timer: 25 minutes

Prepare the burgers according to the instructions on the package.

Shred pak choien.

Serve the burgers with roasted potatoes and carrots, pak choi and salsa.
